Deleting your MoC Mate or PC Mate account
MoC Mate and PC Mate share one account. Deleting it removes your records from both apps.
Applies to: MoC Mate (NSW) and PC Mate (QLD)
In the app
Open the Profile tab, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account…. The screen lists what will be deleted. Type the word DELETE to confirm. This is permanent and cannot be undone.
What is deleted
Your account, your CPD records, your evidence files, any material you stored in the Library, your reports and your profile details.
What we cannot do for you
We cannot cancel your subscription. Subscriptions are held by Apple or Google, not by us — cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings, or you may continue to be billed.
If you cannot sign in
Email app@moc-mate.com.au from the address on the account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will acknowledge within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 42 days.
